How can I repair my galvanised rain water tank?

I have 2 rain water tanks that are leaking. One has corosion around the tap and this one I have emptied. The other is my main tank it is full and has a couple of rust holes about 1 metre high. Any suggestions?

Automotive stores sell good repair stuff. Check hardware stores.
You can weld in a patch, Just be sure to maintain allot of ventilation as the fumes will make you sick. and be sure to paint or re-galvanize the area to prevent corrosion.
Go to a shop like Whitworths Marine & Leisure they sell Marine Sealants that will repair leaks,even underwater leaks and most of them won’t harm the water if you use the tanks for drinking water.
